Our annual Hudson Valley 10-13 BBQ will be held on Tuesday June 16th from 5-9pm on the outdoor deck (weather permitting) of the Haverstraw Elks Lodge, 877 Elks Dr Haverstraw, NY 10927. We ask that all members who are planning on attending please submit a check for $25, which will be given back to you when you sign in, to do with as you please! We ask this because we need to provide a headcount so that the Elks can purchase food accordingly!
The only change this year is that in addition you will need to provide a separate check in the amount of $45 each for your spouse, significant other, or any other guests. I apologize in advance for this change in policy, but prices for everything have gone up! The cost of $45 dollars is the exact amount that we are paying per person for this event, without gratuity. $45 is $10 more than our current membership dues, so please don’t let it stand in the way of bringing someone. Get those Bi Annual slips in, the pot is big!
